Hotel Registration Procedure

 

You will be responsible for arranging your own room reservation.  Call the hotel directly at 303-861-2000 or toll free at 800-525-2888 for 24 hour a day reservations.  You may also fax requests to 303-832-0320.  When making reservations, identify yourself as part of the Synergy Conference and have a credit card ready to guarantee the reservation.  The hotel accepts all credit cards.  All reservation requests must be received by the reservation deadline of 04/23/2008.  Any remaining rooms not reserved will be released for sale to the public and reservations received after this date will be subject to space and rate availability.

 

The hotel's check-in time is 3:PM and checkout is at noon.  Exceptions to this may be made based upon availability at the sole discretion of the hotel.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Self-parking is available at $12.00 per day subject to availability and valet parking is available at $18.00 per day.  Parking will be billed as and incidental charge unless otherwise noted.

 

The following are the guest room rates for the conference:

 

Deluxe Rooms:  $139.00     Single/Double Occupancy

Suites:  $179.00     Single/Double Occupancy

 

These rates are subject to the appropriate state and local taxes in effect at the time of the conference.  The tax is currently 14.85% per room night.  Additional person fee $20.00.

 

These rates will be offered three (3) days before and three (3) days after the official dates of the conference, subject to availability.
