We worked very hard in the research and development of Electronic Claims Technology, working closely with the giants in this fast growing industry, such as GE, GTE, MetLife, Blue Cross, Blue Shield and NEIC. Our commitment to the Healthcare Industry earned Santiago Data Systems, Inc. a place in the Medicare Hall of Fame, and the respect of Healthcare Professionals in every state. Approximately 15 years ago, Santiago grew confident they had developed a superior software program, which led us in assisting entrepreneurs to operate their own medical billing, practice management and software sales business. Our first software product, OneClaim® Plus, was enhanced to become the only software product on the market that was developed for the growing needs of a medical billing center business. In the late 1990s and approximately 800 billing centers later, Practice Manager® 2000 was developed utilizing the expertise of our established medical billing business owners. A Medical Billing At Home Center Training Program and Marketing Support Department was enhanced to further assist our medical billing center clients with the success of their billing center businesses. In May 2003, product development took on the name of Synergy Medical Information Systems and soon released Practice Manager® X3 in early September to our existing 1,500 medical billing center business owners. Synergy Medical Information Systems' concepts, along with our capabilities, have enabled our medical billing center owners to offer the quality and services necessary to generate a very successful business. Synergy is very proud of the vast network of their medical billing center owners operating their own Synergy Medical Billing Center business. These men and women come from all walks of life, most of whom have no prior background in the medical billing and healthcare industry.
